WeSearch@Searchers & Staffers Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an accounting and financial analysis professional to support a hospital. The role focuses on analyzing financial statements, preparing reports, and providing timely insights for management decisions.

You will prepare income statements, balance sheets, cash flow analyses, budgets, CAPEX and OPEX reports, and maintain financial models. Onsite Monday to Saturday; hospital environment; Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years' experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience in hospital/healthcare.
• Experience using BizBox or other Hospital Information System.
• Amenable to work onsite, Monday to Saturday schedule.
• Open to work in a hospital setup.

Responsibilities

About the role

This is an accounting and financial analysis position within a hospital healthcare setting. The role involves analyzing financial statements, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and supporting management decision-making through accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and reports to Management
• Prepare and submit reports including Income Statement, Financial Report and Budget Report
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis
• Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of hospital and departmental performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results
• Support Management in decision-making towards achievement of budget and strategic plan
• Maintain and develop financial models and standard templates for use by Finance during planning process
• Prepare OPEX and other Income analysis with comparison per department and as a whole
• Prepare and analyze CAPEX reports comparing actual purchase vs budget
• Investigate and report inconsistencies
• Oversee Property Plant and Equipment Schedule for the hospital

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related programs
• At least 2-3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience from hospital or healthcare industry
• Experience using BizBox or other Hospital Information System
• Amenable to work onsite Monday to Saturday schedule
• Open to work in a hospital setup
