Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the finance team with accurate financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to drive informed business decisions and strengthen financial performance.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accountancy/Finance, 2+ years of experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills. You will collaborate across departments and contribute to audits and cost-saving initiatives. This is an on-site position in Manila within a global vision leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, audit, financial planning, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP platforms.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, forecasts, and budget variances to support business decision-making.

• Review expense reports to ensure proper coding, accuracy, and supporting documentation.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, and other departments to gather, validate, and analyze financial information.
• Perform other finance-related duties and projects as assigned.

Your role
