Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain company, seeks a senior finance technology leader in the Philippines. You will own core finance processes and drive the systems roadmap, implementing best-in-class ERP, planning, and automation while leading AI-driven transformations that replace manual tasks.

You will bridge finance with engineering and data teams, shaping governance, controls, and scalable workflows to support a fast-growing, global organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance, including senior/manager level with close, reporting, forecasting, and controls.
• Deep hands-on experience with finance systems (ERPs, planning/reporting, consolidation, automation).
• Experience leading AI/automation transformation in finance (automated reporting, smart reconciliation).
• Strong understanding of finance controls and governance (SOX-adjacent, intercompany, close management).
• Ability to translate between finance and engineering/data teams and influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own core central financial processes with accuracy and speed.
• Lead the systems roadmap — evaluate, implement, and optimise the finance systems stack.
• Drive AI transformation — identify AI opportunities and lead implementations.
• Bridge finance & technology — collaborate with engineering/data teams to deploy tools.
• Redesign workflows end-to-end from data capture to reporting and close.
• Set governance and documentation to keep a fast-moving finance function reliable.
• Be the change-agent and translate between finance and tech across the team.
