Job summary

Quanta Philippines ROHQ is seeking a Finance Administrator to support the Finance team with CAPEX processing, AR monitoring and month-end reconciliations. The role is process-driven, ensuring accurate financial records, internal controls, and timely approvals.

The position requires strong Excel skills, high attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA is desirable and benefits include a stable, regional HQ

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in finance administration or accounts.
• Working knowledge of journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Sound Excel skills and high accuracy to meet month-end deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential financial information and understanding of approvals.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review CAPEX requests for completeness and budget alignment; obtain approvals.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and ageing; prepare AR reports.
• Prepare and post month-end journals; reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain lease records and assist with audits and process improvements.
