The ideal candidate has CPA (preferred), 2+ years in project/construction accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP FICO/MM/PS or Asset Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related business course; CPA license preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in project/construction accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to process large data and perform analyses.
• Preferably with experience using SAP (FICO, MM, PS or Asset Accounting).

Responsibilities

• Execute review, validation, and processing of CAPEX‑related transactions in line with Concession CAPEX commitments.
• Perform CAPEX Budget Administration, Control and Reporting.
• Execute Timely, complete, and accurate CAPEX-related financial closing including management of dependencies and resolution of any issues related to the CAPEX financial closing.
• Execute Timely, complete, and accurate CAPEX-related reports and compliance monitoring.
• Execute activities, implement and maintain controls to support audit review to sustain audit compliance.
• Implement and maintain effective controls, governance practices, and operational housekeeping of CAPEX-related accounts.
• Execute and support process improvement initiatives.

OVERVIEW

The Finance Associate Manager – Project Controllership focuses on the financial management and oversight of CAPEX-related transactions. This role ensures that capital expenditures are processed, recorded, and reported accurately in alignment with concession commitments

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related business course (CPA license is preferred)
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in fields of Project/construction accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) with the ability to process large data and can prepare simple to moderate analyses
• Preferably with experience using SAP (FICO, MM, PS or Asset Accounting modules)
• Keen to details, self-starter and with good written and verbal communication skills
