Our Clients in Sto. Tomas, Batangas is seeking an Accounting & Admin Manager to oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring timely month-end closing, accurate reporting, compliance, and cost control.

The role also supports administrative efficiency, audit readiness, inventory activities, and ERP-related initiatives while providing financial insights to management. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is an advantage) and at least 5

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with professional credentials.
• MBA is advantageous with five+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP exposure in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor monthly closing activities and prepare supporting schedules.
• Review expenses to identify cost control opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial reports for management with insights.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
