Job summary

PM Consulting in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, is seeking an Accounting & Admin Manager to oversee month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control in a full onsite setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of progressive experience, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and the ability to work with senior management. The role includes driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably in accounting leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor monthly financial closing activities, including reviews, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Review monthly expenses and identify cost leakages and opportunities for cost control.
• Prepare and review financial reports and provide analysis to management.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with standards, policies, and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and planning activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely audits and regulatory submissions.
