Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accounting professional for a 6 months contract, with potential extension to 1 year, at Aljunied Industrial Complex, Singapore 389836. Work schedule is five days a week, 9am-6pm, offering a monthly salary of SGD 2,500–SGD 3,000.

Role covers revenue and cost accounting, payable processing, journal entries for monthly close, bank reconciliation, GST returns, and close processes. SAP B1 and MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Proficient in SAP B1 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions including revenue & cost accounting, payable processing and preparation of monthly management reports and audit schedules.
• Prepare required journal entry to facilitate monthly accounting closure.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST return.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for weekly reporting & meeting.
• Carry out month end and year-end closing activities.
• To handle any other adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.
