Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support overall financial health. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
• Conduct audits and ensure internal controls are properly implemented
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making
• Stay updated with accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi Voyager, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
