Job summary

Toyota Zamboanga is seeking a Finance and Accounting Staff to support the dealership’s financial operations, maintain records, process transactions and ensure policy compliance. You will assist with bank reconciliations, documentation, and day-to-day accounting tasks to uphold accuracy and integrity.

The role focuses on financial reporting, audits support, and coordination with internal departments, leveraging Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bank reconciliations experience is an advantage
• Graduate of a Business-related course is an advantage
• Experience in Finance and Accounting is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Willing to work overtime as required by supervisor/manager

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and proper documentation of financial records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank records and company books.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions and documentation requirements.
