Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course (preferably Business Management, Banking/Finance).
• Good attention to details.
• Adequate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Possesses good time management.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Database encoding and correct accounting entries for the application of payments on SAP and manual AR.
• Verify receipt authenticity attached to the VSD releases folder.
• Verify Official Receipts (ORs) applied to customers/contractors.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly deposit/confirmations reports.
• Serve as cashier reliever as needed.
• Enforce treasury policies, systems, processes and procedures to prevent irregularities.
• Ensure procedures identify and analyze major risks.
• Recommend improvements to systems and procedures and report findings.
• Perform other tasks assigned by department manager or senior management.
