Toyota Zamboanga is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee the dealership's finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and sound internal controls. You will lead the Finance and Accounting team, monitor performance, and provide timely financial analysis to Top Management for strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes cash-flow management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with other departments to optimize profitability and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Deep understanding of local tax laws and government reporting requirements.
• Ability to prepare and manage cash flows and ensure financial statements are accurate.
• Experience overseeing personnel and managing financial records.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication to guide staff and report to Top Management.
