Job summary

Private Advertiser, a fast-growing Food & Beverage manufacturing company in health and wellness, seeks an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead finance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to drive growth.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, and audits; partner with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and executive leadership on pricing and profitability.

Qualifications

• CPA is highly preferred (CMA is an advantage).
• Minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading finance teams.
• Strong FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, and Cash Flow Management.
• Experience with BIR compliance and Philippine taxation.
• Audit management and internal controls experience.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• ERP systems and Power BI experience advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and tax filings.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
• Lead audits (internal and external).
• Develop financial dashboards and management reports.
• Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Executive Management on pricing and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
• Drive process improvements and financial systems enhancements.
