Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the finance and accounting functions, including controlling, budgeting, reporting, MIS, and tax.

Responsibilities include upgrading finance systems, monthly close, management reports, forecasts, policies, intercompany, audit, and tax planning; lead and mentor accounting staff; ensure compliance with US GAAP and Philippine tax law.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in a commercial environment.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax law, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and implement finance policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Ensure timely monthly closing and accurate financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows).
• Prepare strategic forecasts, budgets, and financial planning.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, GL, reconciliations, and inter-company accounting.
• Lead audit processes and maintain policy documentation.
• Mentor and develop the accounting staff; ensure cross-functional collaboration.
