Job summary

Colliers Philippines seeks a seasoned finance leader to oversee finance and accounting functions including controlling, budgeting, reporting, MIS, and tax. This role drives policy upgrades, month‑end closes, and financial planning while leading a team to ensure accurate books and compliance.

Experience in investment property management and strong tax knowledge are required. You will collaborate across units to optimize systems, controls, and regulatory reporting, supporting growth and value

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in a commercial environment.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax law, US GAAP, and Sarbanes–Oxley.
• Ability to build relationships across all business levels.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and implement finance policies, controls, and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports, including P&L and balance sheet.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, GL, and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Mentor a team of accounting staff and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and tax compliance.
