Job summary

Siegen HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist to own and optimize the finance function in Quezon City.

You will resolve gaps in accounting, billing, and reporting, and establish robust controls to support leadership decisions. You will manage monthly closes for two entities, maintain cash forecasts, oversee AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance, and mentor a Finance Operations Specialist.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy with 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience (reconciliations, AR/AP, financial reporting, internal controls).
• CPA license isn’t required; competence matters.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Find what’s broken in accounting, billing, collections, cash management, and reporting; design and implement better processes, controls and systems.
• Own the monthly close for two entities and deliver a management pack by the 10th including P&L, balance sheet and cash position, variances and risks.
• Maintain a weekly rolling cash-flow forecast and explain movements in actuals.
• Oversee AR, AP, billing, and collections; identify duplicates, misclassifications, and mismatches.
• Review payroll registers and statutory schedules against HR inputs; own tax and compliance calendar with providers.
• Lead vendor-documentation cleanup for 2026 and prior years; supervise one Finance Operations Specialist.
