Job summary

COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Accounting and Finance Associate to support daily accounting processes, maintain organized financial records, and assist in timely disbursements and reporting.

This role encompasses Financial Operations, Vendor Management, Accounting Support, Documentation, and Compliance & Reporting, with collaboration across internal teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review filed RFPs for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Process checks and online disbursements.
• Prepare weekly disbursements reports.
• Facilitate vendor accreditation requirements.
• Maintain vendor records in Xero.
• Assist in bank reconciliation.
• Record credit card transactions.
• Record liquidations and petty cash expenses.
• Scan and upload RFPs and financial documents.
• File paid invoices and petty cash records.
• Maintain organized financial records.
• Assist in VAT SLP and QAP preparation.
• Support finance reporting and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams on finance-related requests.
• Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
