Designer Blooms Philippines seeks a Visual Merchandiser to plan, execute, and maintain dynamic in-store experiences across permanent stores, seasonal pop-ups, and the Head Office showroom. Focus on visual merchandising, store execution, asset preservation, and staff training.

The role demands hands-on execution during seasonal activations, strong cost control, and disciplined store audits to ensure premium presentation and consistency across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan store layouts and visual zoning in collaboration with the Director of Consumer Business.
• Ensure strategic placement of hero SKUs and high-margin products.
• Execute seasonal visual themes across permanent stores, seasonal stores, and showroom.
• Submit documentation (photos and reports) after major updates.
• Manage the rollout of the All-Year-Round (AYR) Faux Collection across all permanent stores and showroom.
• Oversee production, preparation, and deployment.
• Monitor sell-through weekly and optimize displays based on sales data, customer feedback, and inventory availability.
• Recommend replenishment or display adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure all stores follow approved VM guidelines daily.
• Conduct minimum one store visit per branch per month.
• Implement standardized VM audit checklist.
• Submit audit reports within 48 hours of visit.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented within an agreed timeline.
• Achieve consistent premium presentation across all stores.
• Lead the efficient setup and dismantling of seasonal stores.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, Admin, HR, and mall management.
• Ensure setup is completed on time and aligned with approved VM plans.
• Avoid mall penalties and operational violations.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safekeeping of display modules, fixtures, lighting, signages, and store equipment.
• Work closely with Warehouse Team to ensure proper dismantling after egress, labeling, inventory tagging, organized storage, and safe packing of fragile components.
• Conduct module condition audits, refurbishment, and production oversight with budget variances kept within ±5%.
• Train store staff on hero SKU selling, faux upselling, and premium customer service scripting.
• Conduct refresher training before peak seasons.
