Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to present and promote products to potential customers and close sales. You will establish and maintain positive relationships, meet targets, and canvass assigned areas to grow the business.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and strong negotiation and communication skills. The position offers a dynamic field-based role with performance-based targets and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience with demonstrated strong performance.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for presenting and promoting the company’s products and services to potential customers and closing sales.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Meeting and exceeding the weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets presented by the management.
• Canvassing assigned areas or territories of potential customers to present the companies’ products.
• Assisting management in identifying variable marketing.
• Coordinate sales effort with the assigned branch and other departments
• Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
• Prepares a Daily Sales Report (DSR) and other reports necessary to keep his supervisor/Manager informed of his daily activities in the field for evaluation and guidance
• Prepares Daily Collection Report (DCR), with attached OR /RPDC issued for the day.
• Prepares and submits Weekly Expenses Report (WER) using pre-numbered WER forms, for timely processing of replenishment.
• Makes a regular call and sells the company’s products in all outlets with sufficient frequency in accordance with the Basic Call Procedures (BCP).
• Emphasizes stock rotation, proper storage and careful handling techniques
• Explains company policies on price and credit arrangements.
• Keeps and maintains area sales statistics. Merchandises stocks in the stores and supermarket shelves he covers.
• Assists in preparation of sales forecast
• Adherence to company policies and procedures. Remits directly his collection to company’s depository banks in the area, within twenty-four (24) hours from receipt, bi-weekly audit and liquidation of accountabilities, etc.
