Job summary

ECOSHIFT CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a Sales/Account Manager to connect with clients, present product options, and manage leads from inquiry to order. You will build relationships with contractors, engineers, and project buyers, follow up on quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in sales or account handling; field visits and knowledge of construction materials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in sales/account management or client handling is advantageous (construction or supply industry a plus).
• Comfortable communicating with different clients (contractors, engineers, buyers).
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Willing to do fieldwork or site visits if needed.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials or industrial products is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Goal-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
