Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager – VISMIN based in Davao City to lead Commercial, Lubricants, and Reseller Fuel sales across Mindanao. The role focuses on aggressive market entry, customer acquisition, and building a robust customer base in preparation for the upcoming terminal.

Strong field skills and CRM software usage are essential. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager (VISMIN) and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/ Economics/ Business Admin/ Accounting/ Engineering/ Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Drive Unioil’s Mindanao market entry and new customer acquisition across Commercial, Lubricants, and Reseller Fuel channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and business reviews.
• Achieve volume, profitability, and customer-base targets month over month and year over year.
• Use SalesForce CRM to log activities, manage pipelines, and forecast sales performance.
• Support terminal development by providing market intelligence and coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate with Supply, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
