Job summary
eTap Management Services Inc. (EMSI) is hiring a Field Technician in the Philippines to support field maintenance of cash machines, diagnose issues, and ensure operating efficiency. The role includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and accurate service documentation.
Qualifications include a vocational diploma or associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields, 1–2 years of field experience, and motorcycle ownership for assignments. Safety training is a plus.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma, technical certification, or associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in equipment servicing, field maintenance, or technical support.
- Must own a motorcycle with valid license depending on field assignment; safety training is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair machines, replace faulty components, and calibrate after service.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements.
- Follow SOPs and safety standards; complete post-service inspections and documentation.
