Job summary

EMSI is seeking a Field Technician to support maintenance of cash management machines nationwide. You will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain equipment, while documenting all service actions and ensuring safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Formal technical training or certification in electronics or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of field maintenance experience.
• Must own a motorcycle and valid driver's license as required by field assignment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair machine issues, replacing faulty components as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibrations to ensure reliability.
• Record service activities and findings accurately in the maintenance system.
• Escalate complex issues with proper documentation to supervisors or senior technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety SOPs, PPE use, and lockout/tagout procedures.
