Asticom Technology Inc. is hiring a Kiosk Operations Attendant to assist end-users with self-service kiosks, conduct basic equipment checks, and manage day-to-day operations at service kiosks.

The role involves assisting walk-in users, performing daily hardware checks, reporting issues to the escalation team, and keeping the kiosk area clean and functional during business hours. Fresh graduates with a customer service background are welcome.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or college level/vocational graduate.
• Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and basic computer knowledge.
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable with direct customer interaction.
• Open for fresh graduates with a customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in users with self-service kiosk machines, digital form entries, and system inquiries.
• Perform basic daily checks on kiosk hardware, power connections, receipt paper, and touchscreens.
• Report kiosk system errors or hardware malfunctions to the technical escalation team.
• Keep the kiosk area clean, presentable, and operational during store/office hours.
