Job summary

World Vision Philippines is seeking a dedicated Support Staff for the Area Development Program in Southern Leyte. This one-year, fixed-term role focuses on data integrity, sponsorship records, and effective collaboration with communities and partners.

You will educate families on sponsorship processes, coach community monitors, and manage correspondence and documentation packages to ensure compliance with sponsorship standards. Regular field engagement and local travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• At least two years in NGO program/project management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Willingness to live in/near implementation areas and do field visits.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Development Program staff to maximize impact.
• Educate families on sponsorship processes and requirements.
• Coach communities to strengthen child monitoring mechanisms.
• Manage sponsorship correspondence and documentation packages.
• Prepare APR and seasonal cards while updating CUPs and CUVs.
• Assist with sponsorship education activities for children and communities.
• Collaborate with monitors to develop sponsorship strategies.
• Perform other sponsorship-related support functions as assigned.
