Versa Innovations Corp. is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to grow our customer base through direct, on-the-ground sales in Metro Manila. You will conduct in-person visits, deliver product demonstrations, and build lasting client relationships to hit and exceed targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in sales, strong communication skills, and comfort with fieldwork. You will maintain CRM records, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals and expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 1–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Organized and disciplined in reporting.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business by identifying and developing new clients in the assigned territory.
• Deliver on-site product demonstrations tailored to client needs and budget.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals; negotiate pricing within guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle until deal closure and turnover.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients; identify upsell opportunities.
• Keep CRM records and provide pipeline updates, forecasts, and field reports.
