Job summary

VTSA International Inc. (Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines) seeks a FIELD SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE to drive lead generation, marketing, and client engagements in Metro Manila. You will present products, negotiate terms, and visit client sites to grow key accounts.

This hybrid role offers fieldwork with two days in the office weekly, a monthly marketing allowance, and commission-based incentives as you build a robust sales pipeline and deliver weekly updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and marketing is preferred.
• Ability to develop potential clients and projects.
• Proven skills in presenting products and negotiating terms.
• Experience in client visits and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation – Identify and develop potential clients and projects.
• Marketing & Branding – Promote VTSA’s elevator solutions and strengthen brand presence.
• Client Presentations – Present company products and solutions to clients.
• Negotiation – Assist in client discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Site Visits – Conduct client and project site visits when required.
• Business Development – Develop new accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Pipeline Management – Monitor and update sales opportunities and pipeline.
• Weekly Reports & Meetings – Submit sales updates and attend regular sales/pipeline meetings.
