Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a seasoned field operations leader to launch and scale the Philippines field service operations. You will own end-to-end service experiences, partner with diverse regional providers, and align field service initiatives with global objectives to drive customer delight and efficiency.

You will analyze performance, develop capacity plans, and lead pilots to test new technologies while coordinating with product, engineering, and logistics teams for market success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• 5+ years of Field Operations metrics experience in the Philippines.
• Experience ensuring safety with a remote workforce across diverse geographic regions.
• Proven ability to implement scalable operational processes in the Philippine market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the field service strategy for the Philippines market.
• Manage relationships with third-party field service providers across regions.
• Set SLAs and quality standards for installation and maintenance services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to incorporate field service needs.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior leadership.
• Lead pilot programs to test new field service technologies and providers.
