Job summary

TRT Global Solutions in the Philippines seeks an Associate Field Engineer at BGC, Taguig to manage spare parts movement and support field engineers and service partners. The role requires English fluency, a valid work permit, and willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities include stock control, incident resolution, and coordinating parts delivery while maintaining high inventory accuracy and compliance. Salary ranges Php30,000–Php50,000 monthly with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have permit to work in the country of the work location.
• Training and Certification in IT and server storage would be an advantage.
• Preferably have 4 years up of experience in IT spare parts control & warehouse maintenance.
• Willing to be assigned on the stated office location, and to travel to TRT offices globally on as needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the spares movement inbound and outbound the warehouse.
• Resolution of minor incidents that are raised by our customers.
• Assisting on parts deliveries to Field Engineers & Service Partner Engineers onsite.
• Incidents and changes can be related to Servers, tape libraries/drives, storage devices, printers, and various other pieces of equipment.
• Maintain over 95% accuracy between inventory database and actual warehouse stock.
