Job summary

Atlas Copco Philippines Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end service operations, ensuring efficient planning, field service execution, and strong customer support to maximize uptime, performance, and profitability.

You will supervise a team of Field Service Engineers, service managers, planners, and coordinators; drive a performance-driven, safety-focused culture; and use SAP and Power BI to monitor KPIs and support decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in service operations or industrial service environments.
• At least 5 years in leadership managing service teams.
• Experience with field service, planning, scheduling and customer support.
• Experience in industrial equipment, compressors, air systems, or power equipment.
• Experience with service contracts and aftermarket service activities is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations including planning, scheduling, dispatching, and field service execution.
• Ensure efficient use of service resources and timely service delivery.
• Manage workload, backlog, and WIP to meet targets.
• Develop Field Service Engineers, Service Managers, planners, and coordinators.
• Drive a safety-focused, customer-centric culture and performance improvements.
• Utilize dashboards and analytics for decision making and continuous improvement.
