Job summary

ALL, Inc. is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and develop installation technicians and support staff in the Davao City area.

You will manage scheduling, staffing, productivity, and quality whileRecruiting, training, and retaining top talent to ensure seamless project execution. You will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams, address escalated customer concerns, and monitor safety and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• 5+ years of appliance installation or related field service experience.
• Proven leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience leading installation, delivery, service, or home services teams preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology; ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on installation-related issues.
