Job summary

Handlink, Inc. is seeking a dependable Technical Engineer to support installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT, network, security, and related systems in Davao. The role blends office coordination with field-based site work and hands-on project implementation.

You will assist with site surveys, prepare technical information, support project execution, and ensure completed work is tested and documented. Willingness to learn and disciplined follow-through are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE, or related technical field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Basic networking knowledge (IP, switching, routing).
Able to work onsite at client locations.
Strong documentation and status updates.

Responsibilities

Conduct or assist with site surveys and gather information for project planning and implementation.
Support design, installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technical systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, network, connectivity, and system-related concerns.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams during project implementation.
Assist in preparing technical recommendations, equipment requirements, and basic Bills of Materials (BOM).
Monitor assigned project activities and provide timely updates on progress.
