Job summary

Oxford Instruments plc is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Manila, Philippines, to install, maintain and train customers on Nano Analysis products including Raman Microscopy, AFM, EDS, EBSD, Nano Indentation, and Nanomanipulators across SE Asia. Qualifications

• Experience in field service installation and on-site customer training.
• Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and maintain systems.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Install and ensure correct operation of assigned systems.
• Provide on-site training and ensure customer knows how to obtain specified system function, basic analytical results and system care.
• Trouble shoot and repair all assigned systems within specified performance and cost targets.
• Assist in promotion of maintenance contracts and service products.
• Ensure resources like tools and test equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Co-operate with Sales and participate in pre-sales demonstrations and seminars.
