Job summary

SERVE DIAGNOSTICA in the Philippines seeks a service engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain medical devices, provide on-site and off-site technical support, and assist customers with product usage and care.

You will work with the sales team to promote products, train users, perform preventive maintenance, and report on service activity while staying current with technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering, technical course or related field.
• Associate degrees combined with vocational training certificates accepted.
• Good communication, listening, organizational and presentation skills.
• Similar work experience for at least 1 year.
• Excellent mechanical and electronics skills.
• Good knowledge of computer software and hardware.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products to show how they work and promote advantages.
• Provide customer training with proper instructions.
• Oversee machine installation and advise on layout per manufacturer specs.
• Follow preventive maintenance to monitor machine performance.
• Handle machine repairs online and on-site as after-sales service.
• Collect add-on sales on repairs after maintenance expiry.
• Build customer relationships and represent the company at meetings and events.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through trainings and workshops.
• Prepare timely reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
