This full-time role is essential for supporting the maintenance and repair of our medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients. You will perform on-site troubleshooting, provide technical support and training to customers, collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design, maintain detailed service

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service or technical support within medical devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely, effective solutions

What we're looking for
