Job summary

Touchstar Medical Enterprises Inc. is seeking a field service technician to perform on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical devices at client laboratories.

The role includes on-site or remote troubleshooting, client trainings, and preparing service reports and technical documentation. You will conduct testing and quality checks, perform preventive maintenance, attend trainings, and diagnose technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical devices on client’s laboratory.
• Perform on-site or remote trouble shooting and repairs
• Provide on-site or remote client trainings
• Communicate with clients to address concern and implement corrective actions via calls, emails, text or chat messages.
• Create service reports and other technical documentation properly.
• Perform testing and quality checking of machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to all installed machines to clients.
• Attend trainings, seminars and meetings internally and externally.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Follow all company filed procedures and protocols
• Follow all department procedures and protocols.
• If with valid Driver’s license, Drive going to assigned client.
• If without valid driver’s license, commute or take public transportation going to assigned client.
• Deliver client orders if needed and instructed by immediate supervisor/ Management.
• Collect client payment if needed and instructed by immediate supervisor/ Management.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned or delegated by the President and General Manager.
