Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responds to customer complaints.
• Evaluates and resolves problems of the Customer.
• Installing equipment in accordance to the standard procedure of the company.
• Analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
• Offers customer training for the Specific model of machine.
• Repairs, tests and maintains equipment that includes calibration and rehabilitation of machine parts.
• Monitors performance of machine
• Maintains product manuals.
• Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
• Develops and maintains relations with customers.
• Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference.
• Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians, and offers feedback on product development, features and functions.
• Generate project on maintenance engineering system and equipment capability to meet productivity and quality requirements.
• Provided clear feedback to management for capturing improvement opportunities.
• Educate customer representative about the product usage and maintenance.
• Responsible on all mold tooling related issues of all TOWA PH customers with direct collaboration with TOWA HQ’s tooling team (drawing review, problem correction, design modification, upgrade, customer evaluation, etc.).
• Responsible on all mold process related issues of all TOWA PH customers with direct collaboration with TOWA HQ.
• Responsible on boosting TOWA PH’s sales on system and tooling parts by having direct coordination with customers thru actual machine assessments and repairs.
• Responsible on helping Sales team on new projects/ PO specs details determination for machine system and tooling.
• Responsible for doing regular FSE related activities such as set-up, overhauling, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, etc. and make sure all activities are properly documented and reported.
• Perform special tasks as assigned by his superiors.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ ECE) or equivalent
• Open-minded and good team player
• Has good communication skills (proficient in English verbally and in writing)
• Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems independently.
• Has strong technical, analytical, and development skills.
• Has an extensive knowledge on Semiconductor molding process.
• Has an extensive knowledge on Mold tooling technology such as mold tool set-up,
