The role ensures policy compliance, effective guard force management, risk mitigation, timely reporting, and incident response, with the QRT Lead coordinating actions with management and authorities. Strong leadership and knowledge of Philippine security laws are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminology, criminal justice, security management, or closely related field is required.
• Experience in security operations, preferably in corporate, multi-site or zone-level environments.
• Proven background in security supervision, guard force management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement and emergency agencies during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee security, safety, and emergency response operations across assigned branches to protect personnel, assets, and facilities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, regulatory compliance, proactive risk mitigation, and timely reporting.
• Lead Quick Response Team (QRT) during incidents, coordinating actions with management and external authorities.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and uphold operational continuity.
