Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. is seeking a Field Security Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee security, safety, and emergency response across multiple branches in Metro Manila.

The role protects personnel, assets, and facilities while ensuring policy compliance and continuity of operations. You will lead the Quick Response Team (QRT) during incidents, liaise with management and external authorities, and drive risk mitigation through proactive measures and rigorous reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminology or security management is required.
• Proven experience in security operations, guard supervision, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of Philippine security, safety, labor laws, and DOLE guidelines.

Job description

The Field Security Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and assisting all security, safety, and emergency response operations within the assigned cluster of branches to protect personnel, assets, and facilities. The role ensures consistent implementation of company policies, regulatory compliance, effective guard force management, proactive risk mitigation, timely and accurate reporting, and prompt incident response. As the Security Coordinator and Quick Response Team (QRT) Lead, the position directs and coordinates immediate actions during security incidents and emergencies while maintaining close coordination with management and external authorities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a closely related field (required).

Related Work Experience

1. 1. Experience in security operations, preferably in corporate, multi-site, or zone-level environments.
2. 2. Demonstrated experience in security supervision, guard force management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
3. 3. Proven background in emergency response, crisis management, and Quick Response Team (QRT) operations, with experience coordinating with law enforcement and emergency agencies.

Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following)

1. 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant security software.
2. 2. Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and loss prevention.
3. 3. Experienced in emergency response, crisis management, and disaster preparedness.
4. 4. Well-versed in Philippine security, safety, and labor laws, including DOLE and LGU requirements.
5. 5. Knowledgeable in security guard force management, licensing, and supervision standards.
6. 6. Competent in incident investigation, reporting, and evidence handling.
7. 7. Familiar with CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and radio communications.
8. 8. Knowledgeable in cash-handling security and protection of high-value assets.
9. 9. Skilled in safety management, fire prevention, and workplace accident prevention.
