Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of sales strategies across Wetmarket, Supermarket, HORECA, and other channels.
• Support account management, including client visits, order generation, and relationship building.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and competitor activities in assigned areas.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance) to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales reports, summaries, and field updates for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and trade programs.
• Assist in the implementation of promotions and merchandising activities.
• Learn and apply standard sales processes, including AR monitoring and collection support.
• Perform fieldwork and supervise sales personnel when required.
• Undergo training and development programs in preparation for a Sales Supervisor role.
