Job summary

ANDARD CONSUMER ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING is seeking 2 Field Sales Representatives to expand our dealer and retail network for televisions, speakers, and home appliances. You will visit customers, present products, negotiate terms, and drive growth across the Philippines from Plaridel, Bulacan.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven sales mindset, and willingness to travel. A college degree in Sales or Marketing is preferred and you will receive performance

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience is preferred, particularly in home appliances, consumer electronics, televisions, or speakers.
• Dealer, distributor, or retail account development experience is an advantage.
• A college degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Hardworking, honest, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing and able to travel throughout the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• - Visit prospective and existing customers, present products, discuss requirements, and negotiate sales.
• - Follow up on quotations and orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain customer relationships.
• - Achieve assigned sales and account development targets.
• - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback; submit regular sales and visit reports.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• - Basic pay: PHP 600 per day for 8 hours of work (PHP 75 per hour).
• - Performance incentives + sales commission, in addition to basic pay.
• - SSS, PhilHealth, and other government-mandated benefits in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
• - Probationary period: 1 month.
