Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. in Ozamiz is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Zamboanga Peninsula territory. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

The role requires frequent multi-day trips across the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of sales experience is a plus, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates; 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to cover Zamboanga Peninsula area.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and collection targets through field selling and client negotiations.
• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential.
• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property.
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote FELCO's values and solutions.
