Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is actively seeking a field sales role to promote HC consumer finance products at points of sale. You will build knowledge of HC products and guide customers through applications, collecting documents and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a high school graduate, with frontline/field sales experience preferred. Direct hire with regular employment and perks such as birthday leave, wellness leave, HMO after 3 months, and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate.
• Preferably with frontline/field sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Involves FIELD WORK. Actively selling and promoting HC products for retail clients at POS.
• Excellent familiarity with HC products. Continuous learning new products.
• Assist and guide customer to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services.
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting of information and working with the system.
• Take responsibility with risk arising on signed contract.
• Good cooperation with staff of POS, and good compliance with regulations of POS.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Keep working place clean and fully functional (table, IT equipment).
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company.
• Keep good image of HC at POS
