Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Associate to promote and sell HC consumer finance products at retail points of sale. You will actively engage customers, guide them through applications, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining compliance with internal policies.

The role requires on-site field work, meeting individual sales plans, and delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in sales/frontline/field sales (e.g., Salesclerk, Saleslady/Salesman).
• Minimum high school graduate or finished Grade 10.

Responsibilities

• Involves FIELD WORK. Actively selling and promoting HC products for retail clients at POS.
• Assist and guide customer to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services.
• Prepare client documentation, collecting information and working with the system.
• Take responsibility with risk arising on signed contract.
• Good cooperation with staff of POS and compliance with regulations of POS.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Maintain a clean and fully functional workplace (table, IT equipment).
• Preserve and protect equipment supplied by the company.
• Maintain a good image of HC at POS.
