Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales professional to promote HC products at retail points of sale and guide customers through the consumer finance application process. You will maintain client documentation, work with the system, and ensure a clean, professional POS environment while meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate has frontline or retail sales experience and is a high school graduate (Grade 10+).

Qualifications

• Frontline sales experience or related retail exposure preferred.
• Willingness to learn about HC products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Involves field work, actively selling and promoting HC products at POS.
• Assist customers to complete consumer finance applications in line with internal policies.
• Prepare client documentation and information gathering, use company system.
• Maintain clean, fully functional work area and protect company equipment.
• Meet individual sales plans and uphold HC image at POS.
