Job summary

Testech, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a sales-focused professional to grow the business by finding new customers, maintaining relationships, and meeting sales targets through field visits and effective proposals.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery and support, travel up to 50% as needed, and leverage MS Office and CRM to track activities and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of field/outside sales experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and good at follow-up.
• Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM is an advantage.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is an advantage.
• Experience in the semiconductor or industrial industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and address their concerns.
• Present and explain products/services to clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate to close sales.
• Monitor and report sales activities and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper delivery and customer support.
• Keep client and sales records updated.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
