Job summary

Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a proactive Partnerships and Sales Associate to identify and engage potential partner companies for salary loan programs. You will qualify leads, onboard new partners, and work with marketing and training teams to tailor materials that support partnership growth.

The role involves presenting the benefits of our salary loans to prospects, representing the company at industry events, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment

Responsibilities

• Identify and research partnership prospects aligned with company objectives.
• Qualify leads to build a strong and steady line up of active, quality individual and institutional sales partners and their corresponding roster of new onboarding companies.
• Develop and execute strategies to approach, engage, convert, and onboard target companies as either (or both) sales partners and newly accredited salary loan partner.
• Present the benefits and features of our salary loans product effectively to prospective partner companies.
• Collaborate with various internal support teams (e.g. marketing, training) to develop materials and resources tailored to support partnership acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other support units to evaluate partnership feasibility and alignment with business strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
