SEA Olympus Marketing Inc. is seeking a Telesales Supervisor to lead a team of agents toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will coach, monitor call quality, and manage performance metrics to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth.

You will supervise a team, conduct coaching sessions, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with policies while coordinating with management on strategy and training needs. Based in Pampanga area, travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–4 years in telesales, call center, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Monitor calls (live and recorded) to ensure quality standards, script adherence, and policy compliance.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one coaching sessions and team huddles to improve performance.
• Track KPIs (conversion rate, call volume, average handling time, sales revenue) and report results to management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement training plans or corrective action as needed.
• Prepare work schedules, manage attendance, and ensure floor coverage during operating hours.
• Handle escalated customer calls and complaints that agents are unable to resolve.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new telesales agents.
• Analyze sales data and trends to recommend strategies for improving team performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, scripts, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive, target‑driven team culture.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Conduct field work and client visits around Pampanga.
