Dempsey Resource Management invites an enthusiastic Technical Sales Specialist to join our field team. You will collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, and develop customized solutions for clients.

You will respond to technical questions, support the sales process with expertise, assist in proposals and technical documentation, and relay customer feedback to engineering.

Qualifications

• Background in construction industry is an advantage.
• Willing to do field works on a daily basis.
• Willing to be assigned out of town.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Develop and present customized solutions to clients
• Respond to technical questions and provide detailed product information
• Support the sales process with technical expertise
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation
• Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products
• Participate in trade shows and industry events
• Train and support customers on product usage
