Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to jump-start your career, with a path toward becoming a Business Manager who grows the bank’s customer base and portfolio.

Graduates of the Sales Associate Training Program will become Junior Assistant Managers after six months; the role fits those who enjoy fieldwork, meeting new people, and earning performance-based awards and incentives on top of basic pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply; sales experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of branch products (CASA) is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are expected.
• Resourceful at getting new accounts and clients regardless of location.
• Focused, output-driven, and able to meet sales goals/targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate individual and corporate leads through client mapping.
• Acquire new clients and maintain growth of newly solicited accounts.
• Assist clients in selecting products and services suitable to their needs.
• Coordinate with branch operations team for effective bank service delivery.
